Before starting ABNDNT Nutrition in January 2025, I worked for one of the largest supplement companies in the United States. I was a commodities analyst, and my job was sourcing raw materials - the ingredients that go into the products people trust with their health. From the outside, the industry looked impressive. On the inside, I saw the cracks.
I saw decisions driven by speed and profit instead of integrity. I saw the lack of care many who worked in the industry had for their work and their own health. And I couldn’t ignore it.
A conviction I couldn’t shake.
The more I learned, the more it became clear, this industry didn’t just need better products. It needed better principles. I felt called to build something different. A company rooted in faith.

When I launched ABNDNT Nutrition, I made a decision: No loans. No outside investment to get started. I self-funded the company so every decision could be made with one question in mind:

My definition of “Abundant” is different than what you might think. It’s not about having great success or wealth. It’s about experiencing the full, abundant life that Jesus promises us in John 10:10. A life marked by purpose, strength, peace, and stewardship of the body we’ve been given.
